At Farm Tech Solutions, we provide digital tools and services designed to improve inventory accuracy for agricultural operations.
Because of the nature of these products and services, our refund policy is outlined below.
Digital Products (Downloadable Tools)
All digital products—including spreadsheets, calculators, and templates—are delivered instantly after purchase.
Due to this:
- All digital product sales are final
- We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the file has been downloaded
If you experience any issues with your download or file access, please contact us and we will resolve it quickly.
Service-Based Purchases (Inventory Audits & Consulting)
For services such as inventory audits:
- Payments are considered a commitment to reserve time and resources
- Refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun
However:
- If you need to reschedule, we will work with you to find a new time
- If cancellation is requested before work begins, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis
Exceptions
We will review refund requests if:
- You were charged incorrectly
- You did not receive your product
- There is a technical issue preventing use of the product
